In my space, a space of life experiences, Do’s and Dont’s, where terms and condition apply, I find myself contemplating on the meaning of my apparent existence. External influences much more so compounded by things, I have seen and continue to see, things I have heard, things I feel and those I despise and approve. These subsequent factors, for the greater part of my life have profoundly influenced how I process information and ultimately how I feel about myself. Continously entagled in the anarchy of everyday living, I constantly question my being. Someone once mentioned « if  you don’t do it yourself nobody will do it for you ». I realized I need to free myself from this default mindsetting. Me…the man in the arena. I need to nurture a habit of critical thinking regardless the circumstances. Be revolutionary! Through a whisper I shall be bold and optimistic, enthusiastic and headstrong, ultimately surviving to see the revolution in me finally realized.

Creating art for me is constantly reflecting on life experience and contemplation. Using my body as the image of reference for personal narratives, I like to draw from daily experiences of were I am, questioning self, condition of place and my perception of the contemporary society. The works attempt to give form and articulate life and its sofisticated web of subtle connections in a physical space. Being a mixed media artist, the process of experimentation is important as it is an investigation of both the materials and the self. Serigraphy (screenprint) on canvas is primarily my choice of media when creating an artwork occasionally adding manmade and natural objects with metaphoric reference to life allowing viewers personal associations, thus opening the way for conceptual complexity far beyond the reach of any individual’s imagination.
